High Workload
  • Amount of responsibilities are high for role, making it difficult to complete work
  • Work demands long hours without resources, equipment and appropriate guidance
  • ​Unrealistic deadlines and overwhelming amounts of work

Low Workload
  • Low workload with appropriate guidance can lead to innovative solutions if excess time is used for improving work process and product and employee contributions are valued
High Workload
  • Work stress is related to high workload which can lead to sleeping problems, difficulty concentrating and anxiety, depression or mood swings
